Hello, my name is Benjamin Douwes. I'm a dedicated writer, husband, father, and follower of Jesus. Being the youngest of seven children and the only one born in the United States, I have a unique perspective shaped by my upbringing.

One of my core beliefs is that, as Christians, we are to engage in the world around us. This belief has motivated me to delve into the complexities of pro-life, pro-choice, social justice, politics, culture, CRT, and other important issues, all through the lens of the Bible. These sensitive topics require thoughtful and compassionate dialogue, especially in our current cultural context. However, just because these issues are sensitive doesn't mean Christians should remain silent.
